Good overall
Solid construction, very stable when wall-mounted in concrete. Overall better quality than some other obviously cheaper floor-base models I've used in the past. \n \nVery minimal padding on swing bar, which can really give your head a good ding if it hits you full speed, but I think that is good since it keeps you honest in your defense. Better to wear gloves to protect knuckles when throwing somewhat hard punches, which are required to get decent swing speed. \n \nI would prefer if the swinging bar was a bit longer, and had a slightly faster swing. A little WD-40 in the hinge helped a bit with swing speed, but still not as fast as some other models I've used in the past. Overall a good addition to the gym. Great tool to teach defensive reactivity.
