The heavy-duty, seatbelt nylon closure provides a snug, secure fit on standard size heavy bags. A durable rubber interior lining helps prevent the ring from moving up when hit or slipping down. Contains a medium density, shredded fiber filling and durable synthetic leather outer shell. Fits all standard traditional and Thai heavy bags between 12” and 14” in diameter.   It can be used on wider bags but may indent the bag slightly and will need additional ties to complete the closure.
