Well built, very happy with
Mounted it on concrete basement wall. Went smoothly with good hammer drill. Solid 2x2 steel and welds. Working great!

Solid. Looks great.
I installed this in a spare bedroom with 8' ceilings and 16" wooden stud walls. If you mount it just below the ceiling you'll have enough room to add a spring and some S hooks. It looks clean and secure, and reaches far enough into the room that you can work the bag from any angle.

Excellent Wall Mount
This wall mount holds the heavy bag great. Just make sure you make sure the lag screws are in the wood studs. \n \n \n \n
