United StatesI like these. I bought them for an uppercut bag and I really needed to get an attachment clip with them for between the bag and these but I didn’t. They’re great for what they are!

This spring REALLY cuts down on the vibrations and noise. \nHad bag securely attached to stud in basement but prior to using the spring the whole house shook. \nAdded the spring and the change was dramatic highly recommended

I hang a 80lb bag and it's sturdy. Also used with a TITLE Boxing wood beam hanger solid and sturdy.
