This works insanely well for developing neck strength, and fast too. I wish I had of started with the 4lbs and built up to the 8lbs. Highly recommend this product to any boxer

Weighted Headgear
I like this. It adds resistance to abdominal exercises and slip bag drills. It's good for on-the-mat neck exercises. It's very well made. It takes a little getting used to when you first start out.

A MUST Have
My son has only been using it for a week and really enjoys it. Definitely going to be beneficial long term... head movement drills and neck exercise are now next level! This is the 4lb headgear.

I love the ideas of a weighted headgear, fits snug but it runs a little small and can’t really see well I have the large 8 lbs. overall good quality though.

I absolutely love this piece of equipment for all-around neck strengthening. I only wish they made heavier weights; or had the ability to add weight.
