They're great, I had the large, I'm usually 190-200lbs, was a little to tight on the arms. I still use it for my warm up. Upgraded to the xl for when the blood is flowing Really does help a lot, highly recommend

Immediate results
Before this I had what I thought was a good guard. After using this for three days I noticed once I removed it that my guard was tight and after throwing shots came right back into place. This thing helps build that muscles memory. Only thing is it feels like your circulation slows drastically because this thing is so tight! But maybe I should of went a size higher not sure. After getting it and using it I would buy again.
