It’s okay but like others said it moves a lot if you hit hard
Review of Strike Foe
I replaced the plastic buckle with a steel carabiner and it works great. Maybe Title can replace the plastic buckle with a steel one.
So far so good!!
Great for upper cuts. appears to be well made but time will tell.
good choice for training uppercuts
An easy-to-install option for training some techniques that you can't easily practice on the heavy bag. I thought about an aqua bag or maize or headhunter bag, but they require separate hanging; this one connects as easily as can be to an already hanging or standing bag. Mine came with the buckle broken--note that other customers have mentioned the same problem. But it really doesn't matter: I've been using it with no ill effects, since the strap holds tightly anyway. The bag does creep up as you hit it from underneath; a good hammer fist will knock it right back into place. Not a perfect solution, but a really good addition to the home gym. Really strong punchers may have a harder time with it than I do, but if your goal is form and accuracy rather than power, it works great.
