Solid
Shipping was less than a week. Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed a corner of the box completely torn open and a chunk of the metal inside exposed. Just by looking at it I noticed scuffs on the metal item that was exposed. I prolly should of returned it right away back but I was too excited on putting the sucker on the wall and simply didn’t want to deal with all the return shenanigans. I opened the box and there were several decent scuffs on the metal beams of the platform. Overall, great product very solid but shipping definitely could be better. Lastly, the swivel kept on unscrewing from the platform which was very annoying so I had to apply some loctite to prevent it from loosening.
Great speed bag platform
I have been wanting to get a speed bag for my home gym for quite some time but I was skeptical because I have drywall throughout my house. I thought for sure that it would be too loud & too much vibration for the walls to handle. A couple of 4x6's in between the drywall & the speed bag platform took care of all of my concerns. This is a quality piece of gear that I would recommend for anyone. Well pleased with my purchase. Thanks Title
Love it!
This is a great speed bag platform. I replaced the swivel before even trying it because of all the reviews.. However, I replaced the swivel with the Title Lighting Fast Super Swivel, and the holes didn't line up! Had to drill new holes! But all good.
I recommend!
Two boxes came today. One was the bracket and the other was the platform. Went to Home Depot and got 2 pcs of 2’x2’x3/4†plywood, painted it black and used that as the backboard on my drywall wall. Installed it all using 3†lags into my wall studs, which I got from the store. It is solid with no vibration. I was able to hang from it and I’m 185lbs. Also, I switched out the swivel that it came with, to the Title Lightning swivel. Looks awesome in my garage!
Great bag and easy install
I bought this platform to hang on wooden beams in the garage. I cut two brace boards an inch thick with hex lag screws purchased separately and there’s very little vibration. Highly recommend!
