Excellent bag for power, hooks and uppercuts.
I just started training after a 30 year lay off and purchased a used TITLE Boxing Thai Heavy Bag for cardio. I decided to add the Uppercut Heavy Bag to workout my back after deadlifts and pull-downs. Man, just wow!!!, total game-changer. My punches are getting way more powerful. I prefer the horizontal upper-cut bag over a vertical heavy bag any day. I put the bag on a bag-stand and love the movement when I throw hooks. My combinations of uppercuts and hooks are getting lightning fast with increased power.
